Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once it has left the House.
How does multi-buy pricing work?
Tees are NZ$36.99 each, or NZ$31.99 each when you buy two or more. Reversible vests are NZ$52.99 each, or NZ$47.99 each when you buy two or more. The price is applied automatically in your bag.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay. With Afterpay you can split your order into 4 interest-free payments, paid every two weeks, with the first taken at checkout. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
New Zealand and Australia, dispatched from Auckland.
How much is delivery?
Standard tracked delivery is NZ$8.99 within New Zealand and NZ$14.99 to Australia. Delivery is complimentary on orders of NZ$100 and over to both countries.
How long will it take?
We dispatch from Auckland within 2 working days. Delivery anywhere in New Zealand takes 2–5 working days, and delivery to Australia takes up to 10 working days. See our Shipping policy for details.
Will I pay duties in Australia?
No additional duties are charged on standard orders below A$1,000.
Returns and exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn, unwashed pieces with their original tags. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer; we cover postage for faulty or incorrect items. Read the full Return and refund policy.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 working days of your return being inspected.
Sizing and fit
How do the pieces fit?
Our tees are cut oversized with a dropped shoulder; take one size down for a closer fit. Our reversible vests are true to size and cut to layer over a tee or knit, in S to XL to fit a 40 to 46 inch chest. See the Size Guide.

The pieces
What are your pieces made from?
Our tees are 240 GSM French terry in 100% super combed cotton. Our reversible vests are handcrafted in Jaipur, pairing an artisan cotton face with a pure silk or second cotton face.
How do reversible vests work?
Each vest is made as two complete faces stitched back to back, with no separate lining, so both sides are finished to be worn. Turn it inside out for a second look.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photograph?
Hand stitching and hand printing mean every piece is individual. Small variations in stitch, print and colour are part of its character.
How should I care for my piece?
Tees: machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, and iron low away from the print. Vests: dry clean recommended; steam lightly and store on a broad hanger. See our Care Guide.
